Open call  to change curriculums
in universities, art schools and institutions.

We are initiating a platform to help students and teachers find marginalised literature and theory. The platform will be a digital library that represents diverse voices and suggests literature written by BiPOC, female and LGBTQ+ authors. This website will make it possible to find empiri made by feminine, BiPOC and LGTBQ+ by searching for keywords, text, and subjects.

Our goal is to change the idea of commonly accepted knowledge, while ensuring that BiPOC, female, and LGBTQ+ authors are more likely to be paid for their work, by demanding more diverse representation in curriculums and required reading in schools and institutions.

We want to do this because there is so little representation of the above in institutions, which in the end contributes to a mono-disciplinary approach to the subjects being taught. We want to promote those whose knowledge has not been seen as traditionally accepted, and burst out towards a more inspiring, trans-interdisciplinary way of teaching and thinking.

Open call

Since our own knowledge is limited, we need representation from all different faculties in order to expand the project. We are starting with the petri-dish of University of Copenhagen, but will hopefully work our way through a larger representation of schools.

Are you interested in collaborating with us as ‘a gatherer of knowledge’? If you or someone you know would be a good candidate, send a brief application (or nomination if for a friend) as a dm here or to makmywords202020@gmail.com.
There will be a briefing at 5e on the 30th of September.
